We prepare, blend, and package our gels in a premier commercial manufacturing building alongside other top Bay Area food brands. Our facility follows strict sanitation protocols, controlled processing environments, and documented quality-control steps from start to finish.
By producing everything in-house, we’re able to maintain complete oversight of ingredients, cleanliness, and consistency so you get a safe, clean-label product you can trust.
HOW SHOULD I STORE SEA MOSS GEL, AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Sea moss gel must be kept refrigerated at all times. Once opened, we recommend using it within 2–3 weeks for the best freshness, texture, and nutritional quality.
If you’d like to extend its shelf life, you can also freeze the gel in small portions (like ice cube trays). Frozen sea moss gel will keep for up to 3 months and can be thawed as needed for smoothies or recipes.
Because we don’t use preservatives or fillers, proper cold storage is essential to maintain the purity and safety of the product.
