Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order from our kitchen to your door. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly to maintain freshness.
Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control may impact transit times. We recommend checking your tracking updates regularly.
Returns & Refunds
Because sea moss is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once your order has shipped. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products.
Refunds Are Only Issued If:
