- Passion fruit pulp (3-8 fresh passion fruits)
- 1/3 cup UNCRACKED MANGO SEA MOSS GEL
- 2–3 Tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 small lemon
Steps
- Add **passion fruit pulp**, **lemon juice**, and **maple syrup** to a small saucepan
- Bring to a gentle simmer over **medium-low heat**, stirring often - Simmer for **8–10 minutes**, until slightly thicker
- Remove saucepan off heat, let it cool for 5 minutes before whisking in the sea moss gel to preserve all the nutrients
- Let cool to room temperature, or in the fridge — it will **thicken more as it cools** thanks to the sea moss.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
