Golden Milk for Digestion and Immune Support
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1-2 tbsp Pineapple Ginger Sea Moss Gel
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric]
- ½ inch fresh ginger, grated (or ⅛ tsp ground ginger)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp honey (optional, to taste)
Steps
- Add milk to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Warm gently for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally—don’t let it boil to preserve nutrients
- Remove from heat. Whisk in honey and sea moss until well incorporated
- Pour into mugs and enjoy warm.
