Blood Sugar Friendly 4-Ingredient Date Caramel
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft Medjool dates, pitted (about 8-10 dates)
- ¼–½ cup milk of choice
- 3 tablespoons pure sea moss gel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of fine salt
Steps
- If your dates are firm, soak them in hot water for 5–10 minutes, then drain well.
- Add dates, sea moss gel, vanilla, salt, and ¼ cup warm milk to a blender or food processor. Blend until mostly smooth, scraping down the sides.
- Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach a thick, spoonable caramel consistency as desired.
- Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 7–10 days.
