
Why We Started Uncracked?
Uncracked was born out of a passion for clean, nutrient-rich food. In a plant-based food engineering lab at UC Berkeley, our founder saw firsthand the heavy processing and synthetic additives that dominates the industry. Seeking a better way, she turned to one of the planet’s most powerful natural resources: algae.
