
Zingy Ginger Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (loosely packed)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Pineapple Ginger Sea Moss Gel

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove
- ½ tsp honey or agave
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Steps
- Add cilantro, Greek yogurt, sea moss gel, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, honey, and salt into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add water gradually until the dressing reaches your preferred pourable consistency.
- Taste and adjust: more lime for tang, more honey for sweetness, or more sea moss gel for thickness
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in a sealed jar. Shake before using.
