Zingy Ginger Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (loosely packed)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Pineapple Ginger Sea Moss Gel
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • ½ tsp honey or agave
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Steps

  1. Add cilantro, Greek yogurt, sea moss gel, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, honey, and salt into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water gradually until the dressing reaches your preferred pourable consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust: more lime for tang, more honey for sweetness, or more sea moss gel for thickness
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in a sealed jar. Shake before using.
