
Upside Down Double Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas (one sliced, one mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp UNCRACKED Pure Sea Moss Gel
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or avocado oil spray for cooking
Steps
- Blend or mash together oats, mashed banana, eggs, **Uncracked Pure Sea moss Gel**, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet on medium, grease lightly with oil.
- Lay banana slices on the pan and pour ~¼ cup batter over them, spreading gently. /li>
- Cook 2–3 min until edges set and bubbles form. Flip carefully, cook 1–2 more minutes.
- Serve pancakes with toppings of choice, such as drizzle of honey or nut butter, sprinkle of nuts/seeds if desired.
