Upside Down Double Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas (one sliced, one mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp UNCRACKED Pure Sea Moss Gel
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter or avocado oil spray for cooking

Steps

  1. Blend or mash together oats, mashed banana, eggs, **Uncracked Pure Sea moss Gel**, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium, grease lightly with oil.
  3. Lay banana slices on the pan and pour ~¼ cup batter over them, spreading gently. /li>
  4. Cook 2–3 min until edges set and bubbles form. Flip carefully, cook 1–2 more minutes.
  5. Serve pancakes with toppings of choice, such as drizzle of honey or nut butter, sprinkle of nuts/seeds if desired.
