Paleo Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Coffee)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant espresso
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp Uncracked Pure Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Steps

  1. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat with an electric whisk or hand-held milk frother until the coffee forms stiff peaks. This can take anywhere between 3-5 minutes
  2. Once whipped coffee is prepared, layer over ice and milk. Stir together and enjoy!
