
Paleo Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Coffee)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant espresso
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp Uncracked Pure Sea Moss Gel
- 1 cup milk of choice
Steps
- Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat with an electric whisk or hand-held milk frother until the coffee forms stiff peaks. This can take anywhere between 3-5 minutes
- Once whipped coffee is prepared, layer over ice and milk. Stir together and enjoy!
