
Iced Mixed Berry & Beet Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
- 2 tbsp Uncracked Strawberry Beet Seamoss
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- ½ cup milk of choice 4 tbsp warm water Ice
Steps

Thaw the strawberries on a stove until melted.
Add in strawberry beet sea moss gel and mash the strawberries into a chunky (optional: blend for a smooth pureee)
Add in maple syrup for optional sweetness
- Thaw the berries on a stove on low heat until melted
- Prepare the berry sea moss puree mashing the berries before adding Uncracked Strawberry Beet Sea Moss Gel and maple syrup. (optional: blend for a smooth puree
- Whisk the matcha with warm water until frothy
- Add the cooled mixed berry puree to a cup before layering the ice, milk, and the matcha. il
- Serve immediately, mix and enjoy!
