Ingredients

  • ½ Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Uncracked Pure Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp capers, minced

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, capers, and several grinds of black pepper. Season to taste.
  2. Use the dressing on a Caesar Salad (Romaine lettuce, grilled chicken breast, shredded parmesan, croutons)
