Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1⁄3 Uncracked Pure Sea Moss Gel
  • 1⁄4 maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • a pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, Pure Sea Moss Gel, and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. Add rolled oats, almond flour, and a pinch of salt; mix into a thick dough.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto the baking tray, flattening slightly into cookie shapes.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
