
Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 ripe bananas

Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

- Add rolled oats, almond flour, and a pinch of salt; mix into a thick dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the baking tray, flattening slightly into cookie shapes.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
