
5-Ingredient Simple Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, sea moss gel, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add almond flour and mix until fully combined into a thick dough.
- Mold the dough into balls and place onto prepared baking tray, press down on the ball with a fork to flatten evenly
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool and harden before serving.
