Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, sea moss gel, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour and mix until fully combined into a thick dough.
  4. Mold the dough into balls and place onto prepared baking tray, press down on the ball with a fork to flatten evenly
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool and harden before serving.
