Cilantro Lime Greek Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½  cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small bunch fresh cilantro (about ½ cup, packed)
  • 1  tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
  • ¼  tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp water or olive oil to thin

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust salt, lemon, or maple syrup as needed.
  4. If too thick, blend in a splash of water or olive oil.
