Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small bunch fresh cilantro (about ½ cup, packed)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
- ¼ tsp salt (or more to taste)
- Optional: 1 tbsp water or olive oil to thin
